The challenge
Where the process was breaking
A distributor took orders by phone, email, and messaging app, then re-entered each one into a spreadsheet before pricing it manually.
What wasn't working

Our approach
How we scoped it
We mapped the order-to-delivery process with the sales and warehouse teams, then designed one queue every order flows into, regardless of how it arrives.
The solution
A customer-facing catalogue with account pricing, connected to an internal order desk where staff confirm, quote, invoice, and dispatch from a single screen.
User experience
Customers order from a phone in under a minute; staff work from one prioritized queue instead of scanning inboxes.
